Responsible for supporting the company’s Marketing function through various projects within brand implementation and marketing coordination. Manage marketing projects, and ensure that project deadlines are met and are within the specified budget in order to achieve the company’s overall marketing strategy.Manage and execute Brilliant Value marketing projects, ensuring accurate production and delivery. Act as a liaison with Store Operations.
Act as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors and contractors in the creative development and execution of marketing projects from conception to results analysis. Coordinate product sample requirements and processes with buying offices. Work with Merchants on positioning and specific merchandise strategies based on sales objectives. Approve ad format, copy, and layout in conjunction with Merchants and divisional objectives.
Assist management with visual merchandise projects as necessary. Complete a detailed results analysis and project summary for each project. Manage project budgets, including comparing invoices to approved estimates, reconciling discrepancies, and approving invoices for payment. Define and implement budget processes, and improve where necessary. Manage to schedule and ensure all marketing projects are on time and within budget. Provide support for Print group (Brilliant Value and Roadmaps).
