The biggest trends in fashion and jewelry 2014-2015.Part 4. Fluffy and Fun!
I think that most of us have strong preferences when looking at fashion trends. Some of them make us rethink our wardrobe, some are so far off our own taste and then some of them make us laugh. And this is not always a bad thing! See; one of the big trends is Let’s have FUN
Let's have fun!
Yes, fun fashion. Anything goes as Moschino leads the way and others follow a lot more modest. Do not take yourself so seriously and enjoy the often childish fun. Or should I say, fun that reminds us of our childhood? Much better! I showed a few photo’s to my 6-year old boy.

A style that appeals to kids immidiately
And he got bored really quickly until I arrived at the Moschino photo’s, he shouted in joy. Especially when he noticed the Sponge Bob outfits. Hahaha, he adores Sponge Bob, while he knows I really dislike this little monster.

Who's a dare devil then....:-)
But it is all about having fun and though there might be some daring devils between you, my dear readers, I think most of you will go for just a hint here and there. Gosh, I would love to see someone out in the streets, not bothered by the opinions of others and wearing an outfit of Moschino o Rodarte. But I live in a small country town in the Netherlands and chances are really small, hehehe
This ring should cheer you up even on the dullest of days! Chao Eero Jewl
A cake ring? Why not! All the fun without the calories....
I always had a big love for fun jewelry. Yes, I do like the more bold and serious pieces too, but my heart just start to beat a little bit faster when I see something fun. Related to animals or well, like here the cake ring? I just discovered this artist Marina Calamai. She makes cake rings. Now, how cute is that?
Rodarte and Moschino: trendsetting
The other trend of today is Seventies Fluffy.
This trend is all about fluffy coats and fluffy sweaters. Something very seventies, as it may remember people about Starsky and Hutch. Fluffy sounds warm and cosy. It reminds us of cocooning and cuddling and staying lazy inside. It’s not the sexiest trend, but I am sure that many women love this trend so very much!

Ok, so I look like my grandma
I just ordered a fluffy teddy blanket that you can plug in and it warms! Ok, so my own hubby told me I definitely look now like a grandma on the sofa, but who cares! Little does he know how much I am on trend! ;-)

One of the most present coats in all fashion magazines this autumn: Topshop Unique
Fluffy was big on the runway of the reshaped high street store: Top Shop. When I lived in England many years ago, this chain store was nothing exciting. The quality wasn’t great but it was before Zara and H&M arrived and maybe the only store at the time that sort of translated the catwalk fashion into high street fashion for low prices. A couple of years ago, Sir Philip Green turned this once not so exciting store into something that is now synonymous to edgy, new, innovative and very much a fashion label on its own!

Grab your teddy bears, ladies!
Cartier, the bear can slide all over the watch...awww!
Fluffy is a trend that also many other big fashion brands are showing and you can translate this style to fluffy soft teddy sweaters and fluffy coats and fake fur clothing. There are matching accessories and although not a huge theme in jewelry, there is indeed some fluffiness out there. I did not show Fendi, who did a whole range too of fluffy accessories as I dislike real fur very much. I try to draw a line and maybe here and there something slips through.
Wasn't sure wether to place this or not, but then I read that April Hale is a vegetarian that decided that roadkill is such a waste and she started to collect roadkill to be cooked for friends and/or used for jewelry like these furballs.
I wish you a warm, fluffy fun autumn and winter!
