Pink jewelry is hot. Pink is all over the place this Spring and in fact: Rose Quarz is one of the two Pantone colors of the year. The other one is Serenity, a soft blue. Exactly the colors we see in the sky on those beautiful fresh winter mornings.
Let’s face it, most girls love the color pink. Although I might be one of the few that never felt attracted to this happy color. I do however, love the soft pink now and I always loved pink in jewelry. There is no escape, all the big fashion houses showed Pink for this Spring-Summer 2016. If you aren't into pink shirt and skirts, then try the accessories. Nothing works faster and better, updating a look with accessories is the fast trick to achieving an updated look!

The combination in fashion of Pink and Serenity Blue, a kind of baby blue color, is not so random as it may appear.
An interesting fact for example is that these are the colors of the Transgender pride flag. The past year and the coming years will be focused on acceptance of Transgenders and with Caitlyn Jenner coming out so publicly, but also with the rise of transgender models, we are slowly but very surely growing, as a society, to accepting transgender people. A very good thing!

Another issue is that in society and in fashion there is a growing tendency to gender-neutrality. And perhaps more than ever; todays culture and fashion are meeting each other in every artistical expression.

If you think that jewelry with pink gemstones is for the very girly women amongst us, think again. Pink gemstones are used in so many pieces of jewelry, from romantic to stylish, from bold and almost raw, to artistic and eclectic. Pink is a very beautiful color that comes in so many shades and goes with everything.
